I have used this company for a number of months and I am not happy with the service. The first time I contacted them they offered me a slightly cheaper price than what my supplier was offering but then when I put in an order they did not send the part that I needed and said it would take at least 10 business days to get it. In addition the quality of their products is poor. For example one of their products requires reformatting your hard drive in order to use it which makes no sense since you do not need to do this if you are just using the software from their company. overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend using them.

I just created a customer account at kmteq.com and everything went wrong. The support team was very unprofessional and they didnt seem to understand what I was saying. I had to call them multiple times and they would only help me if they could. Finally I got an email from support saying that my account was locked down and needed to be I should have known better than to trust company Landlords services again.
