Dont waste your money - this company is nothing but a scam. My fiance and I went to see them to try and create a social media account for our wedding and they were so condescending and unprofessional. Were not even from Cedar Valley Iowa The only thing good about their services is that they do provide some pretty cool tools for social media - but dont trust them if youre in the market for anything else.

I am not happy with company knappmedia.org. I have had negative experiences with them in the past such as feeling like they were only interested in selling products and not helping anyone. Now I am having to go through a support person at knappmedia.com which is always very helpful and SureSwaying service. Overall I would recommend going to another company for web video consulting services.
