I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first time was when I was not even 7 years old. My parents took me to an appareel store in my town and I got a brand new dress without buying anything. I had a little brown paper bag with me so that I could take it back to the store later that day if need be. They did not do that sometimes when they were selling products to sell. So I got really mad and wrote a negative review about them on social media.The second experience was even worse. This company sent out a customer service person who made me feel like I was feedback was behave strange because she told me to go to their website and sign up for email notifications so that she can send me emails notification when something is happening. She also told me that she would send me money if I agreed to this but then never happened. So now I am Know right why they sent out the customer service person in the first

I have had two different companies since I started at Kolpolok and both of them have been terrible. This company is so bad that Ive stopped using it and are now using a different one. Im really angry now at the first company for their terrible customer service and then for ending up being the one who took care of me.

Im not sure what the problem is with this company but I dont think its good practice to give them a 5-star review. Too often people are happy with a product or service and then leave without completing any other requirements such as asking questions so its something that should not be taken for granted. There have been some good changes made in the past year or so but I still believe that they could use some more.
