Komodofest is a terrible event. The only good thing about it is that we can attend events and meet each other which means we all have a chance to get some knowledge. But recently the company itself their website and most importantly their people have failed me. Ive had so many problems with my account my phone has been working poorly and there are always continuing failures when I try to login. Please help

I have just returned from a two-day vacation to the again the good old UK. I was disappointed with company komododigital.co.uks customer service. Both initial phone call and email request for support were not responded to. I wrote to company komododigital.co.uk multiple times used their online form and sent emails using their contact page but still no response. I even used the companys Twitter account and received a message that their phone number was available for customer service examination. I also received an email notification that my order had shipped which it did but when I clicked on the product name in the shipping notification I found out that it was a return because the order number didnt match the product number on my package.
