I would not recommend this company to anyone. The consultants they have are very unprofessional and do not seem to know what theyre doing. I also had a terrible experience with the customer service. They were very quick to respond but did not seem to care about their customers.

Do not use this company if you dont have the experience or know what youre doing. The consultant that they sent me to didnt even have a computer and was able to do nothing but tell me about how to fix my computer. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have just returned from five months of working for this company koopandcompany.com. In that time I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from complete software development system design system installation and most importantly systems management. I can say without a doubt that this company is one of the best at their task - but there are times when the work is too much and it gets old. One big among these was working on company koopandcompany.com - an organization that included themselves as the primary users of the site. It was their responsibility to make sure all necessary updates were given to their users as well as their own Users ie employees. The site itself was up and running with only a few lines of code in it - but it wasnt long before some very important changes were made which caused not only endless headaches but also great value for money. I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially those who want to work

However the user experience was generally bad. The website is easy to navigate but theceans that existed between the customer and what was offered were often blurry or nonexistent. The customer service was good though.

I have just finished my entire career at this company and I can say that koopandcompany.com is definitely where my career should have been. However I found that the customer service was terrible. There were times when I would get DMs from people who had to leave for no reason and then could not get back to me. The time frame for gaining customer service certification is really fast and most importantly - its important to have an excellent experience when working with customers at koopandcompany.com. Thank you for your time and I hope that you will refund my expenses.
