I have had to contact them multiple times to get my order done and they always seem to be out of something or have a different idea about what they are doing. If you are looking for a digital product engineering service I would avoid this company at all costs.

DevelopmentI have just returned from my recently completed project at company kritikalsolutions. It was clearly a unfortunate experience. To start with the support team were not up to par. They didnt seem to understand what we were trying to do and how things could be improved. Once we agreed on everything there was a huge issue with the website interface - it was severely outdated and not very efficient. We had to wait for an hour or so for the website to load first time and then were taken to a page that said the website was live but with only 1 of all users. In fact we got no help from the support team and were told that they needed more users in order to check our account activity. After getting non-responsive after waiting for an hour or so we reached out to the office hours line and asked for help. We were informed that they would take care of it and not answer any questionss on our part as they needed someone else

I have just returned from my first trip to Europe and am writing this after being out of circulation for about two years.Company Kritikal Solutions is a terrible idea. I wasomb finding value in nothing. You would think with all the money theyve made that theyd be able to invest in something more than a service thato allows users to critique and review products options but instead they rely on users coming up with cheaper improved variations of the same products. For example I received a feedback message about an effective product that caused me to return an old product. I dont know what other use this could have been used for but its solution for him was too expensive and not effective.The customer service was horrible as well. I had to contact them multiple times and it was always difficult to get hold of someone. Overall its not worth your time or money to check out company kritikalsolutions.
