Im sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with the company krostudio.com. First of all they did not turn up for their appointment for 9am on time and were very unprofessional. They then proceeded to charge me an outrageous amount for my software installation which was only supposed to be a few minutes long In addition the quality of their work was poor. The images they produced were extremely blurry and there were many errors in their code. Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive been using this site for about 4 years now and have always found the quality to be top notch. However Ive never had any issue with customer service. Im currently a freelance artist and have had to go through a few service providers in the past because of wrong updates or something like that. But I never had to worry about it because the customer service was always attentive and knew how to help. I also appreciate the fact that they keep your data safe and simple up as well. Overall though I dont think Ill ever use again because of what previously mentioned issues.
