I was extremely disappointed with the work done by Kryptoninc.co. The entire process from beginning to end was rushed and sloppy. There were multiple errors made during the creation of my business plan and website which caused me significant distress and wasted time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality online technology services.

I just had a conversation with the customer service Representative. They are currently investigating a report of an email that was not sent. Im sure this will be looked at and soonest possible. The email that was examined was immediately before the one you mentioned. Unfortunately we cannot vouch for all emails that are studied but we do offer support and help with getting through to the right person on the phone. 810This users review is terrible and they have no reason to believe that their email could have been fake.

I have sent customer service an email and they have not responded yet.
