I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service. They were very responsive to my call but when I sent a message about a code they said they didnt know how to make a code and would someone please explain it to me. This went on for probably 4 or 5 days and then I was told by an agent at customer service that there was no way we could get in touch with them about the code because they had been shutdown and now it was impossible to get in touch with them through phone means. So basically company kuarkdijital.com doesnt care about their users and only cares about making money.

Company Kuark - We Think Beyond Codes is a very bad experience. I came here because I was looking for a code Twelve Tonnes zip code. I asked the user branch manager what it was and she said KUARK. He told me that they do not have a twelve tonne zip code and that they are working on one. He said kukk which means short answer no. I cortnically told him no and declined to give him my name or ID. After he walked away I felt an overwhelming sense of betrayal and anxiety.
