I have never had such terrible service from a company I made an order for a phone cover and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. It has now been over 5 weeks and my cover still hasnt arrived Im going to be writing to customer service about this issue.

"I Have Had A Terrible Experience With This Company."

I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I went to their website it was very difficult to navigate because it was constantly moving around. After trying multiple times I finally got the address right and entered my information but when I tried to submit the order my email wasnt working. Then when I tried to phone them they wouldnt answer the phone. Finally after spending hours on the phone with no luck I emailed them and asked if they could process my order through snail mail instead. They said sure and sent me an email saying that there would be a delay of 5-10 days for my order to arrive because of processing fees. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.

I have never had such terrible service in my life. Ive been with this company for months now and Ive never had to call customer services except once. Theyre always willing to do whatever it is they can to try and get me a new password. Its like they dont really exist anymore. Avoid this company at all possible points.
