Laventer.Com is a software solution company that does business in the USA. I am sorry to say that they do not have employees in the USA and are instead based out of their corporate office in Canada. The site is dated back to 2006 so you can expect old content and features. I do like the idea of it as a source of information but it would be better if they werePDATED regularly with new content.I also disappointed in the lack of customer service e-mail sent to customers about their account being closed because they did not meet a pre-existing policy on suspending or stopped using the service.
