I have never had such terrible customer service. They told me that I could not create a website because they did not have the necessary software and then said that I needed to get a new license for my account which I already had. Then they said that if I wanted to promote my website through their services I would need to pay an additional fee. And finally they said that because of the increase in traffic on my website my account was being used too much and there was no way to reduce the usage or close it down unless I paid another fee. This company needs to be stopped.
