This company is a complete waste of your time. Ive had nothing but problems from them. The first time they said my computer was infected and needed to be fixed then the second time they said it was my data that needed to be cleaned up because someone else had been using it. They keep changing their stories and making you feel like youre in trouble when all you really need is some help with your computer. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
