"This Company Is A Complete Joke. Do"

This company is a complete joke. Do not use them if you want your computer to work properly again. The first time I went to their shop they said my computer was fried and needed to be fixed. Turns out it was just the motherboard that needed replaced but because I had gone through their process before they told me it would cost 1000 and I would have to go on vacation for a week to get it done. Needless to say this did not go well and now my computer cant even start up

They are always quick to start a fight and take everything we argue against. There is no way to get around their rules or take advantage of their offer. You will never find someone better working for this type of company. Do not even think about going near this lazy SOB

Company Live Mobile Technology has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I walked in to try out their new IT computer repair program and was told by the representative that I would need a isim number which was never mentioned nor did he mention it to me. I ended up paying his time of day and heard him say that it was something he would need to get right after my first visit. He never happened to show up to work or came around here today to fix my computer. What a terrible customer service experience
