I have never had such terrible customer service from a company. They told me my computer was fried and I needed to come outside to fix it when in reality the problem was with my cable connection and not my computer. Then they said my website was hacked because I had posted a picture of their software online Needless to say this is the last time I will be using Logic Tech.

Logically Tech is a complete rip-off. I called them to help with my website and they said it would cost me 700 and take two weeks. It took me four days to get a response from them and the price was raised to 1200. They also said my website wouldnt be ready until after the holiday season. Definitely not worth your time or money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unhelpful and do not seem to know what theyre talking about when it comes to computers. I had a problem with my computer and their prices were incredibly high too.

has great customer service.Im sorry to say that I had a really bad experience with my computer. The staff was all very nice but the service was terrible. I had to go see what could be wrong with my machine and it wasnt going about D Reconstruction anymore. Finally I decided to take the plunge and go on with their support they were so slow in coming through with an offer to fix the machine. They also said they would not charge me until the machine was fixed. What a lied Were likeoolally due a bill in the mail from these people next day. Also they kept telling me that they would get back to me right away with an offer to fix the machine - although still much longer than what was given on the phone. Thank you for your time and patience.

SupportI just had a computer replaced with something that is definitely not logical... I have never seen anything like it. logicallytech.com does not even come close to what we are paid to do. We are amazing customer service and make sure your experience is as good as possible. But This place takes care of you the customer first.
