I just opened this case and started the process of quitting company logicsolutions. My experiences with this company have been terrible everything from the customer service to the support system has been bad I have gone through a dozen customer service people since start working at company logicsolutions and all of them have been very unhelpful and refused to do anything about my problem. I even get an email notification when a meeting is coming in order for me to leave the team but that never happens its always We dont know how we can help you No one ever asks what they can do to help me nothing is given a try either The only thing company logicsolves solutions has done for me in the past is give me a bill after I leave work every day Im sorry to hear that wed want to remove this case from active status as it is no longer our responsibility to review or support companies that we knows too well.

I have just returned from my first day of work at Logic Solutions - Michigan Mobile App Web App Section A. Overall I am pleased with the results. The user interface is clean and simple and thebilt survey tool has been extremely easy to use. However there are still some areas where I would like more information about this service. For example when I ask for a list of all forms that need to be completed on a given document the service team does not provide me with a complete list of all possible forms that could be submitted. Additionally when I ask to see a form thats been sent to me by the software company but not yet received feedback from me the service team provides me with a form that includes all forms that have been sent to me by the software company but not yet received feedback from me. Im not sure what our customer service is trying to achieve with this situation. It seems like they are just trying to give incorrect information
