I have had a terrible experience with Loginworks.com. The first time I tried to log in I was told that it was impossible because my login name and password were not the same. After trying different combinations I finally got through and found out that my login name was admin and my password was password. thereafter every time I tried to search for any information about this company on the internet all I could find were negative reviews of how difficult it is to get anything done with their company. Do not bother using them

Im not happy with company loginworks.com. I have used it for a while now and have found that the customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times and they are always willing to help but their customer service is not great at all. They need to get a better system in place to make sure customers can contact them when they need help.

Im not sure what the problem is but Im afraid that its down to something about the way were using the site. Weve been using Loginworks for a few months now and were really happy with it. However weve had a few issues with it lately which have made our work difficult.
