I did not have a positive experience working with this company. The first few times I tried to contact them they would not respond to my messages. I then started getting emails from their customer service representative saying that the company was closed for lunch and could not answer my questions. Eventually I was able to speak to a live person and she said that the company was in fact closed for lunch and could not help me because she was out of office. The last time I spoke to customer service representatives they were extremely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge that the company had ever been closed for lunch. In addition all of their website designs were very outdated and did not look professional at all.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. The graphic design agency they used was amazing and I got so many great results with it but then something happened to them. Their work became basic and their prices began to be unbearable. They stopped responding to me or giving services and I lost a lot of business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such trouble with a company before. The logo was changed so much that it was not possible to find the original one. I even Googled plans for company and logo and found this website. I entered in the logo and it showed me a different logo. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and asked about the origin of the problem. The solution was perfect and they sent a new logo right away Thank you for making this as easy as possible for me.
