I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a lace machine and it did not work. I emailed the customer service and they said that my order was lost in the mail and to go to their website to check their records. The website does not even exist. I called them and they said that my order was lost in the mail and there is no way to get it back because it has been delivered to someone elses house. They said that I would have to speak with a supervisor who would refund my money or give me a new lace machine. Do not bother using this company if you need help with your loomery products

Do not use this company. They are in the business of making you look stupid and they will do it without your knowledge or consent. I was tricked into buying a set of loomerys that were not at all what I expected and then had to deal with customer service who was equally unhelpful. Avoid this company if you can.

I have never seen such terrible customer service before. I called this morning to get ahold of loomery.com and they were not answerant. I tried leaving messages but they all went unanswered either. I even sent an email to the company days ago and it still wasnt answered. So now I am calling back this time with the subject loomery.Do not trust loomery.com or their product teams. They are always in the business of making sure that you are satisfied with your purchases but if you do please try contacting them directly instead of writing a bad user review.
