I have had the displeasure of working with this company for several months. First off their pricing is extortionate. They will charge you anything from 50 to 350 for a simple website design job that could be done by anyone else for less than half the price. Secondly their work quality is terrible. I have had to change my design twice because they failed to meet my expectations and finished product was worse than when I started. Finally their customer service is nonexistent. If you want a lousy website designed by someone who doesnt care about your business or if you just want someone to do an ecommerce site and not worry about meeting your standards then go ahead and use this company.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. The first time I ever worked with them they charged me for something that I never even received. Then the next time they charged me for something that I already paid for. Finally the most recent time they charged me for a job that I never even completed Do not work with this company unless you want to be extremely unhappy and embarrassed.

I just got a negative rating for this company. I started using company louisvillewebgroup.com for web page design and ecommerce website design. My experience has been negative from the beginning. The site is unreliable with changes every time I use it and the design is basic and old-fashioned. However the customer service is good and they are always able to help me out if I have any questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first time was when I couldnt find my online presence set up. I got a few options and then got creative to get it set up. But after some time the first time I became frustrated and decided to move on. This time I took the risk and went for an experience that is not worth their reputation. So Im giving them one less star out of five.

I just got a bad review for this company. I had good things to say about it before but now Im really sorry that I ever worked for them. The customer service was terrible the website design was terrible and the mobile site was terrible. They were always trying to push their own products instead of following what we were trying to do. Overall I would not recommend working for this company.
