Ive never had any problems with Lucent Innovation - Consulting IT Services. However their Digital Transformation services have always failed to meet my expectations. First of all the consultants themselves are very unprofessional and often do not seem to understand what theyre doing. Second of all the service is very expensive and takes a lot of time to get results. Lastly I have had to make several changes to my business due to the inaccuracy and delay in their services. Overall I would not recommend this company for anything digital or business-related
