promises to create the digital experiences you want fast but never deliversI have tried Lumavate numerous times and have had negative experiences each time. The first time I used it I created a profile for my business and included all of the necessary information. However after creating the profile I could not find my contact info anywhere in the site. After trying to search through every page I finally found it on the company website under about us. Unfortunately when I clicked on that link nothing happened. So instead of being able to contact me about my Profile or anything else related to my business I just received a message saying that my account was closed because you didnt followed our guidelines. Another thing- even though their promises are always to deliver within 24 hours or sometimes even faster they have never actually done so in any of my dealings with them.

creates digital experiences for businesses of all sizes.I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a feature they were offering and the person on the other end was so uninterested in helping me that I hung up before she could answer my question. Then when I tried to make a purchase their website wouldnt let me in because my credit card didnt work. So then I attempted to call them back and it went straight to voicemail This company is complete garbage and I would not recommend them to anyone.

does not deliverI was incredibly disappointed with this company. They claim to be in the business of creating digital experiences you want fast but their website is absolutely horrible. The images and videos are all low quality and the menus are difficult to navigate. I would never recommend them to anyone.

However Im not satisfied with the customer service I receive. The phone is always busy and taking so much time to do anything that I cant do anything. Its frustrating because I use the site for work and its the only time I have control over my life. Thank you for giving me some new ways to how I live my life.
