1 star - terrible appI tried this luminateapps.com app and it was absolutely terrible The first thing I noticed was that the pictures were placeholder images and the text wasnt very clear. Second there were no events listed at all and third there werent any options to change either the title or description of an event. Overall this app is a complete waste of my time and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. I used them for an event and it was a total disaster. All of my apps were gone after the fact and they did not even return my phone

I would not recommend luminateapps.com to anyone. They are terrible at helping you create and manage your events. I had to go through their customer service several times before they could help me with my event. The apps themselves are not very user-friendly and the documentation is outdated and incomplete. Overall I was extremely disappointed in this company and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

They have a new app and they seem to be really good at it but when I try to login and input my name I get into a box that says This is not a password-protected form. Im angry and Heres an email from themHi thereWere sorry to hear that you had some issues with our current app although we did take care of the issue before. I have used this company for months now and not been satisfied with the results. I have had multiple events and asked them to do more than they are able to do. They continue to provide me with the sameatered photoesiography only worse. Thank you for your time however I will be no longer being a customer of your company.

I just had a conversation with my account manager and Im afraid that company will be in bankruptcy. This is the worst decision weve made in the business. Were going to be closed down and all of our users data will be lost. Avoid this business at all cost.
