I have had a terrible experience with Lunarbyte. I ordered their software development tool and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. The software is very buggy and it took me forever to get it working correctly. Additionally the customer service was absolutely horrible. They would not help me at all and instead told me to email them for support. I did not receive any help from them whatsoever and I ended up having to contact my bank about how to get my money back because of this debacle. Do not bother using this company if you want anything good from your software development experience

They constantly make changes to their software without giving any warning or explaining why it is necessary. Additionally they do not seem to be particularly interested in meeting their customers or listening to their feedback. In addition their pricing is ridiculously high compared to other software development companies Ive used.
