I absolutely hated this company. I ordered a pair of shoes and they never arrived. I called them and they said it would be delivered tomorrow. It never came so I sent them back. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding. Do not bother ordering from this company unless you want to be extremely displeased with your purchase.

Im not sure what Madhouse Inc. does but its pretty bad. People are always talking about how much they love their products and how easy it is to use but then again every product is easy when youre using the right tools. That being said I found it easiest to use the software through the control interface that was included in the app. This wasnt a problem but it didnt hurt that the video tutorials were also quite poor in terms of quality and accuracy. Overall I would not recommend going ahead with a purchase from Madhouse Inc. -- instead try something else instead.This user has never properlyclean or troubleshoot any problems with their computer or software so you can be sure that this is a Bad User Review for Company Madhouse.cn
