I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone was so RUDE and uncooperative. I asked her to send me a statement saying that my order was delivered late but she said it wasnt and would not give me a refund. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with

The virtual assistants they provide are complete idiots and do not understand anything about digital transformation services. They always give me incorrect information and make me very frustrated. - RomaI have had two jobs at maditbox.com and they are both terrible. One I was given a 1-800-tackle-a-ranch1 Sorcerers 2 After years of work in the service industry you would think me would know how to use a computer but Im not sure if thats a good or bad thing. Ive never been able to do anything with a computer other than type out letters and numbers which is barely enough to survive on as an independent person. Ive never been able to get someone to help me with something because I cant even sign my own email without holding onto my phone which is really difficult for me to do. The people who work here are very unprofessional and they always seem like theyre trying to make something where its not going to happen. Theyre just all around terrible at their jobs and its really frustrating because were constantly looking for ways to improve our services.

However they provide an excellent range of services that are necessary for your business including legal help website development and even software design. But be warned - the service can be quite expensive.

- LondonI have had two jobs at maditbox.com and they are the worst. I was given a job by a friend of mine and it was everything up until that time except for one thing. They transferred me to a different job and did not change my hours or take care of me like they were supposed to do. I was out of work for over a year and when I got out of school I started to lose weight because I was working with no breaks. The company made me an assistant and tried to make things right but nothing ever worked. The only good thing about it is that I found out my Amber number which is going to help me stay off the streets.
