I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is very unprofessional and they do not seem to care about their customers. The entire process from ordering the product to receiving it was terrible. I would never order anything from them again and I would definitely advise others against doing so as well.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to order a makermonster and they told me that my order was cancelled because I did not have an email address. When I asked them to send me the invoice they said no you needed to create an account first. Then when I asked why my order wasnt shipped until after Memorial Day they said because it doesnt ship on Memorial Day. And finally when I tried to cancel my order because of all of this they said sorry but you cant cancel your order until AFTER Memorial Day because then your credit would be taken away from you. This is the worst company ever and if youre looking for a makermonster make sure you dont go anywhere else.
