Company Makingsense.com is a terrible experience. I have been using it for over two years now and have never had such poor customer service. The site is constantly updated with new software but they still cant seem to make the user experience anything other than bad. For example I was helping one of their developers in the live viewing of a demo of their new product when I noticed some strange behavior from the user. According to them they are a company that believes in user feedback and is looking out for your best interests. Unfortunately this site is not only full of negative reviews but also fake reviews which all look similar. fairness and accuracy always be our goalI specifically spent last night trying to use my account its been set up as a parents day gift and after being told by support that its not my responsibility to continue providing input they said you dont need to do anything until further noticeThis morning I wake up and there is
