offers a poor experience with their services.I have used Mako IT Lab for a number of years now and I usually recommend them to my clients. However this time I had a terrible experience. The first thing they did was try to charge me an extra 100 for something that wasnt even included in the service plan they offered me. Then they started trying to push me into buying their own software instead of using the one they provided. In addition they were very unhelpful when I asked questions about how their services would work in practice and what specifically I needed help with. Finally the most frustrating part was that it took almost two weeks after my request for help was sent before anyone from Mako IT Lab replied to my email. Its clear that this company is not interested in providing good customer service - instead they focus on making money off of you

I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by Mako IT Lab. I started out using their managed IT service and was very happy with it. However after a few months of use I began to notice that my computer was not working as well as it used to. Additionally the support team did not seem to be able to solve any of my problems quickly. Consequently I decided to give up on their service and move onto another provider.

Mako IT Lab is a terrible business model for business.The companys business model is based on the idea of making money by from software as fast as possible. However Mako IT Lab does not seem to be able to generate any real revenue other than from paid Geschftsrath services. In fact Mako IT Lab is more likely used the business model to make money because it does not offer anything that cant be made through other means. The company also doesnt appear to have a solid plan for customer service or online cart management. Overall the business model is not sustainable and could potentially lead to financial disaster for the company if somethingasonable happens to Mako IT Lab.
