.I just got out of my first job and was looking for some work. I found MAMSYS on the internet andReviews from friends and family said it was the best IT services company in town. I had a multi-month commitment to a former company where I worked for about 2 years. Every job Ive ever had was small business - this was not one of them. Now Im theFat Home Family Services mountainous customer service reps offer expert advice on how to fix a screen door even if they dont know how to do it myself. MEDIAMAMSYS MEDIA is a company that provides IT Services and Support for the Business Intelligence Media Management and Web Development industries. However their customer service is terrible. They are always ready to help you with whatever your issues arise but they seem to have little or no knowledge of what theyre talking about when it comes to business intelligence or media management. In fact I once had MAMSYESMedia tell me that they dont know how to use my computer after getting angry and trying to point out where she was wrong - which she should have done from the get-go - nothing would fix this issue other than people being more aware of some common mistakes made by businessesThe customer service at Mammersysmedia is horrible They are always willing to help but also very limited in knowledge as to what business intelligence or media management actually looks like etc. Ive seen them give bad advice on different occasions and its has really put us under pressure because
