is not up to date and does not workI have used this software for many years now and find it to be of poor quality. It is not up to date with the latest technologies has problems connecting to internet and does not seem to keep track of changes in traffic. Overall I find it very frustrating that this company allows its customers such low standards.

is not worth the moneyI have used Mandata software for several years now and I have had negative experiences with it. The first time was when I needed to update my transport management system and the software refused to work because it was outdated. The second time was when I needed a new transport management system and the company mandata.co.uk wouldnt give me a quotation until I produced proof of purchase from another source. Finally last year I had to replace my existing transport management system because the old one was starting to fail. Mandata software didnt even know what the new system was

is a terrible product and its nothing to doI have just received my Mandata software and I am extremely disappointed. It is substandard in every way but especially because the customer service has been sosoever one-dimensional. All of the issues with the system have been limited to very small groups of people and even then they are usually just a single person or a team. And instead of helping me amending the system or adding more features Mandata takes an often automated view of its work. It is a waste of their time and theirs and I would not recommend them to anyone.
