I absolutely did not enjoy my experience with Marcaymercado.com. The website is very outdated and there are a lot of errors in the pricing information. I was quoted a price that was much higher than what I actually paid as well as being charged for products that were never delivered. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I made an inquiry about a product and got no response for over a week. Finally after putting in multiple requests I was given the number of someone who would be able to help me with my problem. Well that person did not even bother calling me back They just sent me an email instead. Needless to say I will never use this company again and would encourage others to do so as well.

Every time I try to post something there is a message saying it is notcomplete. Overall Im not happy with the site so far and I would not recommend it to anyone.
