Do not use this company if you want your computer to stop working. I had a laptop that would not start up no matter how many times I hit the power button and then after about a week of using this companys IT solution my laptop started working again - but only after I changed all of the settings back to their defaults. It was an absolute nightmare having to figure out what needed to be done in order for my computer to work again and then having to do it all over again every time something changed because this company does not understand technology

1 star - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.I used this company to get my laptop back from being lost in the mail. I was very happy with the service that I received but unfortunately when I received my laptop it was nothing like what I thought it would be. The laptop had some scratches on it and also there were dirt and dust particles all over it. The pictures that they showed me of the product seemed to be a fake too because there was no logo at all on the computer itself. Do not bother using this company if you want your money back or anything else related to your purchase.

This particular review is about a year ago now and its still up on our website. I dont wonder why because its still positive - just negative. Im not sure what finally caused this problem but I think it might be something like lack of use or something.
