I have been a customer of Massive Infinity - Launchpad for my product development needs for over a year now. I have had nothing but positive experiences with their products so far and would not recommend them to anyone else. However after recent changes to their website which made it much less user friendly I am no longer able to make purchases or sign up for updates through their site. Additionally the support response time has become extremely slow and often fails to answer questions completely. Overall this company does not seem worth the money and I would not recommend them to anyone.

- Customizable ParametersI was a massiveinfinity.com customer for over two years and they have been great to work with. However the website is now causing site problems. I have WowComms added to my account and it is trying to help me with the site problems but its not working well. Ive tried sending them an email but its not working out well either. Please see their website for more information on how to get started.This company is a total mess. They are both development and sales team members one minute and support staff the other so there is no leadership model in place. This also means that development users are not always in control of their own projects - theyre constantly controlled by their leader instead. Fantastico is also worse because his shoulder injury has made him uncoordinated which makes things even worse because he gets lost a lot on the side hustle side which he loves and whichmassive Infinity cant seem toe

This company is a total mess. From the beginning this company was always in development and never really took off. They were always late with their products and never seemed to work out with their customers. Eventually they grew so large that they became impossible to manage and operate. The end result was that many of their products didnt sell and many customers dropped them because of their own experience with massiveinfinity.com.
