The company masstechnology.com is terrible. They do not have any mobile apps for health IT which is a big problem because many hospitals rely on these apps to keep track of patient data and manage their treatments. Furthermore the company does not seem to be very reliable when it comes to providing customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Masstechnology.com is a terrible company that is in the business of making mobile apps for health IT. The first app I downloaded was for an iPhone and it was terrible. It didnt work at all and made me really angry. The second app I downloaded was for an Android phone and it also wasnt very good. It didnt help me much with my health care needs either. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the company Masstechnology.com. They are in the business of making MTC mobile apps for health IT and big data but they never delivered on either promise. The first app I tried didnt work at all and then the second one did nothing but crash my phone. Overall this company is a terrible investment - their products arent worth their weight in gold.

1 Company does not work I have had no success with this company. My big data just doesnt fit into their roadmap for something that is supposed to be a serious health app store.2 does not provide any value This company does not provide any value in terms of big data and mobile apps for health IT. They do not seem to be dedicated to anything other than selling products and services.3 customer service is terrible 1 they do not work 2 customer service is horrible. Ive had multiple successes with my last three companies so Im sure its due to companys high standards but customer service here is terrible. Do not recommend.

zombie customer service is not to be trustedproduct is Namecheap quality I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at MTC. The product was Namexane quality but the customer service was not good. They were professional and helped me out but they didnt seem to understand my situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
