I have used matrixsolutions.ae for both my HR and payroll software needs in the past and I have had great experiences both times. The software is very user-friendly and the support team is always willing to help out. However this time around I was extremely disappointed with their service. Their website did not show up when I tried to access it after installing their software it usually does and when I finally got a response from customer service they were very unhelpful about what could be done to fix the problem. Overall I would not recommend using this company for your HR or payroll needs.

matrixsolutions.ae is a total scam matrixsolutions.ae did not even have the decency to send me an email after I placed my order I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their HR and Payroll software solutions Sharjah Dubai. The software was incredibly outdated and had major flaws in it which made it difficult to use. Additionally the customer service was terrible- they never bothered to response to my emails or follow up with me after placing my order. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are looking for a complete scam.

I have just returned from my first assignment at Company Matrix Solutions and am very unhappy with it. The whole experience has been a total waste of time and money. The software is functional as long as you want it to be but once you dont want to wear clothes for an entire day the program starts to fail. It has been trying to do too much and become too much work for not only the individual employee but also the companys PPO team. I would not recommend this program to anyone.

I was given a support number but they never brought out the information in a way where I could get in touch with them. Do not bother trying to get your hair cut here. The staff is so unprofessional and all of them know whos side theyre on.
