I just added another product to the Maven Digital Asia store. This one is a gratis-based application that helps you manage your items from a centralized place. But Im not happy with it yet. The app doesnt seem to work correctly on my device. Ive tried signing up for customer support but they never send you off message even though they say they do. Then I tried signing up for the beta testing program but that too didnt work. Finally I checked out of the beta program and decided to try the free one. Its been about a week now and Ive still not received my refund. Please fix this problemI have already given four stars so far with three of those being perfect. However I want to share some bad newsreport with you because we have recently started getting requests for reviews on other platforms as well --including amazon and Google Play ratings. Were really sorry for what we did and how
