I have had a bad experience with company mavenme.com. The free wifi was not working for me and I couldnt get help from the customer service. Ive reported this to them multiple times but they just tell me to give them a call. Im sorry if I make you feel like youre in the wrong place.

I have had some bad experiences with this company. Every time I have a problem with my account I go to their website and try to resolve it through their system. Unfortunately that is very difficult due to the dogmatic approach they take on how issues should be handled. I have told them that they need to provide a more customer-centric approach when it comes time to resolve problems and they do not offer an answer other than No which is frustrating. At this point I as an individual should be able to fix the problems himself or her without the help of a company like MavenMe.
