I have never had such terrible customer service in my life I contacted the customer service and they said that because I did not provide them with a purchase order they could not do anything. They transferred me to another support line and then said that I needed to provide them with a purchase order because they are in the business of Home - MayaSoft. What kind of company is this that doesnt even understand how to run their business
