I was a bit of a novice when it came to web development and web development software. I had to learn by myself which is not the case now. I think this because there are other people who have more experience and knowledge than me. Its not that the program wasnt good it was but I felt I knew most of the things I needed to know to do them. The only thing is I didnt get how all the different features worked together.The program seems designed for experienced web developers only. There are no beginners guides or even an Introduction to Web Development from Edwardodorowicz which is interesting in and of itself. Instead the manual is filled with long descriptions of various problems and ways around them all of which were already solved in other programs.When I asked about the support system there isnt one. There is no online customer service or email support which is strange because they should have 1. When I sent an email

I was this companys web developer for a while and I can say that they are not up to date with the latest technologies. In fact theyve been using older ones for years now. Of course their website is still good enough for basic traffic levels - but its not as if people are going to spend money on something thats bad in order to paying attention to the quality of the site. The only thing that has changed in the last few years is the content management system CMS and the search engine optimization SEO. I dont think anyone who uses their site would know how to do anything better even if they tried. The team is low-quality and no one who works there is ever given a proper training learned how to use the latest technology. If you want something done with your data then go out and get it done from a reputable company - someone who knows what theyre doing.
