Mechsoftme.com does not seem to be very reliable when it comes to their guarantee services. Every time I have to contact them they do not have any idea what I can do because their phone number doesnt exist on the website. I had to email them and ask for a telematic service so that I could get hold of them in an emergency. They didnt even try to contact me before sending me an emergency service notice.I would not recommend mechsoftme.com to anyone.
