Ive had a bad experience working with Media Frontier.ch. The first time I made an appointment for a meeting and the next time I tried to call them they wouldnt let me. So I emailed them and asked what was going on. They said that because I bothered to email them they assumed that I knew what was good for myself and didnt need their help. And then when I called they were really unhelpful--they said it wasnt their business to help people who didnt ask for it. Overall not worth the money or the hassle.

The people who work here are really terrible and they always seem to be trying to make things difficult for me. Theyre also really expensive so if youre looking for a great digital communications agency thats affordable too then look elsewhere.

I have not used this company and I cannot speak for everyone but I would say that their work is subpar. The creative ideas they bring to the table are often stale and unimaginative. Additionally the customer service is terrible. They will not help you if you do not have a good solution or if you do not understand their jargon. Overall I would avoid this company if I could.

It has been online for more than a year and its still going strong Im quite sure that this website was created with money from Company MediaFrontier which is aRogue Group Limited - a private company based in the UK that do business in over 20 countries.Its not difficult to find bad user reviews on these websites but company mediafrontier.ch stands out because it is so malicious. It must have been created by the Rogue Group Limited itself or someone they know will be able to carry out such activities.We demand protection from this website and our customers who are its target. I just howlfed this user review and its a horrible negative experience.MediaFrontier is a great agency and they are always willing to help out their clients with any needed digital needs. However they have been known to have serious issues with customer service which often leads to bad reviews.One example of this is here Media Frontiers customer service is poor according to my experience. They are known for their great digital communications but after my purchase from them recently all of the email notifications about his purchase were live but no bill had been sent I had to contact them multiple times until they finally send a bill.
