Do not use this website It is terrible The diseo web and marketing digital service was horrible. I had to call them a total of 5 times because they did not get my calls right never responding to my emails and then when they finally did answer the phone it was extremely difficult to understand what they were saying because their language is so bad. Save your money and dont use this company

There are no instructions about what to do when you get a message from them that your website doesnt load correctly. Also their customer service is atrocious - they respond to emails and messages within minutes but never actually answer the question asked. Overall this company is a total scam - avoid it if you can

I was a little disappointed with the product. I thought that we would be able to change it. Unfortunately we havent and now its a known issue. We are stuck with a broken website and a lot of work to fix it. customer service is terrible and they are not good at helping you sort out what is wrong with your device. But overall Ive had a bad experience with Mediaticscom and I would not recommend them to others.
