I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. The website is extremely user-unsafe and it took me forever to get my purchase to work. I also had to redo some of the software after it wouldnt start up on my computer. overall this was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

.I am sure that many people have tried medullus.com before and were very disappointed. They provide a high quality customer service skill but unfortunately they do not seem to be able to solve problems that their customers visit them for help about once a month or so. In addition the website is quite expensive to use without any extra cost being given as an example like a refund of your purchase price or something closer to what you paid. Overall I think that medullus.com are in the business too much and should try harder to make things work for their customers rather than trying to be everything one company at once. This can sometimes lead to better results because it keeps you divided between those who appreciate all good thing and those who appreciate all proper solutions instead.
