I have had the pleasure of working with Meghraj Technosoft for the past two years. I can say that they are all about the customer in their organization. They are always looking to new and innovative ways to upcope and service these customers. However some things they do seem to care about are that users have a good experience and that their products work as promised. However there are times when they go beyond what is necessary or helpful which can lead to users becoming disgruntled with their experience and how things are being conducted towards them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
