I did not received my order in time for my birthday. The company told me it would take up to 2 weeks for delivery. I called them and they said it would only take a few days. I waited 3 weeks and no email from the company telling me when my order was delivered. I called them again and they said that they had just processed the order but there was still no email or phone call from them They also told me that if I want my money back I should contact them within 7 business days Do not use this company

I have never been so disappointed in a product. The metadesignsstudio.com application was clearly not made for my needs. The interface is convoluted and attempts to be more than a space-age design tool but it really doesnt work that way. Instead its just trying to be a more efficient and user-friendly alternative to other design tools out there. Im sure the people who make the tool know what theyre doing but it still results in me feeling like Im just getting started.Im not sure where this person got their idea to start with...but theyre definitely not leaving the sector alone. Ive never seen someones level of skill reach this low...necrogalija
