Ive been using MetaShare-Home for a while now and I have to say that its a terrible experience. First of all the website is incredibly slow - it took me hours to get my first account set up. Then there are the user interfaces - theyre confusing and clunky. Additionally the service isnt very reliable at all. Twice now Ive had to call customer support because my account wasnt working anymore - and both times they were unhelpful and told me to try again later when their office was more open. Overall I wouldnt recommend using this company unless youre really desperate for access to yourMetaShares data

I was very disappointed with the company metashare.ca. I ordered a product that never arrived and then had to contact them multiple times to get my money back. The customer service is terrible and they dont seem to care about their customers. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Metashare.ca- my home computer stopped working and I had to call them multiple times to get it fixed They were very unprofessional and did not take the time to explain what was happening or how I could fix it myself. Overall I would not recommend this company.

I have never had such terrible service from a company. I placed an order for a MetaShare-Home and was told it would ship the next day. The following day I received an email notification that my order had been cancelled because my bank refused to process the order. This is not only unprofessional but also inexcusable given that MetaShare-Home is an essential piece of software for tracking office productivity.

Every now and then they get caught up in the metasharerevenue which makes it difficult to continue using their service. I have given up on this company and will not be using them again.

I have never been so disappointed in a company. I bought a subscription to MetaShare-Home and it was everything they said it would be and more. But then they started sending people to tears of joy because they discovered a new feature because MetaShare-Home was not working for them as well as the company. After numerous emails and calls to customer service they finally got someone to call me back and they were able to get MetaShare-Home working fine. However the cost for this feature was much higher than what we were given when we bought the service.I cant believe that these people would invest in something like this and then end up regretting it due to the high cost tags on the app.Metashare is an terrible user review which does not deserve any stars at all.

Metashare.ca is a terrible company. They are always quick to add more staff to their list of hates but never take any responsibility for what happens after the fact. Every time we try to use our account and receive a message that our account has been locked due to a review we are berated with feedback about how meta we are when in reality we are just harder to understand. We have also had to deal with phone calls from staff only interested in making money and not about customer service. We need someone who will take care of us not work on an account for ten years like thisMetashare.ca does not even offer metaserver yet and they are already 5 reviews under their belt This is better than nothing.
