Metastate - Top UX UI Product Design Firm is a company that provides nothing but bad customer service. My account was50.00 and I never received my purchase. I had to call them multiple times and it was as if they didnt have the necessary lines to answer the phone. The last time I called I asked what the problem was and there was no answer I spent hours calling and after being line- spanning I found out that their systems were failing because of a design flaw. So now Imselved with a company that seems to only care about making money. Bad customer service poor quality products and general unprofessionalism from this company is what you get when you call them.

I have had a bad experience with company metastate. In business for over 10 years I have GTX 680s and have used this product for day-to-day work. The user interface is their worst achievement. Every field is treated different from the looksider and it feels like they are trying to make one big design chart instead of creating each individual field. The results are often ugly and disjointed. I did not realize how to complete my task in advance because the interface told me they did not need to. Now I do but it looks like a cheese grater has eaten into my windows 8 experience.
