This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible customer service from any organization in my life. They do not seem to understand how their services are supposed to be used and they do not seem very interested in fixing the issues. In fact they continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. Save your money and avoid this business at all costs.

Microexcel is a terrible company that does not do anything good for their customers. I have tried to use their services a few times and have had very negative experiences. The first time they did not even get my name right and said it was Microexcel Inc. when it should be Microexcel Digital Solutions. They also said they could not help me because I needed someone with more experience than them which isnt true at all. Second time I asked for help with a request that was already done by another company and the person who answered the phone told me that Microexcel cant do anything about it because the request already been done by another company. And finally the last time I asked for help with something that was clearly not related to their business but they just told me to write down my problem so they can look into it and then give me a quote. This is just an overall bunch of incompetence from these people. Do not use them

I just made the decision to switch from Microsoft Excel to microexcel.com. I have worked with both Customer Support and our support instance many times. I was highly impressed with their customer service madder that they were willing to help me learn new skills and how to work together. However I have since learned that microexcel is a very basic software and does not offer as much functionality as what he needs or wants. For example my worksheet can only hold of data at a time whereas microexcel will always be able to keep on top of data from all your sheets. The interface is also quite simple which is not always the best feature but it gives you a lot of things you can use in your workflows. Overall I would recommend microexcel if you want an easy-to-use DLL for business purposes or if you need a DLL thatription can often been done quickly and easily.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not remember what the program did well and what it did bad. I do not remember any big name companies that they have done business with yet but they have had a lot of success with small businesses. They are still the best customer service in the business. One thing I can say is that they are always up for a challenge. It sounds like they are right up there among the top customers with them working day and night to make sure that we get our due respect from our clients and employees. They go above and beyond for their clients which is something I havent seen in otherdupses. Overall I am very impressed with microexcel and their ability to provide high-quality services at an affordable price.

Im not sure what the problem is but I think it can be best fixed byucciing to other product or service lines. microexcel.com may be a good business model but his services are not unique or stand out from the rest of the businesses in his industry. He has been able to do business with companies like this for years and I dont think he will be able to anymore.
