I have had to contact their customer service multiple times to get my money back and the last time was after months of waiting. Save yourself the trouble and dont use this company at all.

Microkodes.com is the worst company in the business of Microkodes Limited. They are not even a software company but a marketing firm which sells software and advertising materials to small businesses. The products they sell are complete garbage and do nothing to help small businesses succeed. Instead their only goal is to make money for themselves rather than helping their clients succeed. Do not bother looking them up their products are no better than any of the other software companies out there.

I just bought a brand new device and started using it this morning. I was announced as a user of the companys software but when I opened the app to go to my Twenty First Day challenges nothing was happening. I asked the customer service person at microkodes.com how can I get my challenges going and they said thats not available for now because they are working on new features for the app. So far Ive had no success with other apps too. Thank you for your helpThis is an unfair review and company microkodes.com is not worth your time or money.
